My ART4FREEDOM is about how freedom comes with a responsibility, to say what needs to be said, to respect the life of others. Stan' In Yuh Yard, Bajan for keep away is a plakatstil-influenced poster that encourages the viewer to social distance, as well as a reminder of our responsibility to respect others, in this trying time. It was created for my class assignment at the Barbados Community College based on the things we say with the intention of being to the point with a bit of a historical nugget found in the palm. Respect and freedom is of all times, unfortunately, disrespect and robbing one of freedom is as well. Hopefully, during our social distancing , we value freedom and out of respect, let others be free to be themselves and we can all soon return to real freedom from the virus. IAM4FREEDOM!
