Unlike traditional NGOs, our early years—including the decades-long pilot phase of Project Aware—ran entirely without donations, grants, or sponsor money. We proved that we could run without exchanging money—thanks to dedicated volunteers and purpose-driven partners. We’re still building on that blueprint today. By working without money, we removed ego, status, and self-interest from the equation—leaving only a shared purpose. We believe that freedom should never be driven by finance.

Nowadays, many people suffer from donation fatigue and rightfully demand transparency. They are fed up with corruption, commercialization, big fat CEO salaries, expensive office buildings, aggressive marketing, bad investments, and other NGO scandals. Other people spending other people's money and donations without giving it much thought has, logically, led to mistrust. And we don't blame you.

While traditional NGOs often lose public trust over bloated budgets or CEO salaries, we flipped the script. With us, the mission comes first, and every effort is focused directly on impact 4FREEDOM.
Our community support structure relies on three clear pillars to maintain consistency:
- SPONSORING4FREEDOM (Platform & Community Costs): ALL4FREEDOM receives everything it needs through direct sponsorship. Supporters contribute via their core business—not invoices. That means free products, services, and expertise: from office space and airtime, to printing, consulting, logistics, and more. In return, we place sponsors rightfully in the spotlight.
- CROWDFUND4FREEDOM (Core Team & Inevitable Costs): To guarantee momentum and continuity, ALL4FREEDOM operates with a dedicated core team. Their limited salaries are crowdfunded by companies and supporters via CROWDFUND4FREEDOM. This structure ensures there's always a heartbeat behind the mission—keeping plans in motion and values intact.
- Safety Buffer: Additionally strengthened through memberships, event revenue, and creative magic via DANCE4FREEDOM, MEDITATE4FREEDOM, and merchandise via SHOP4FREEDOM.
ALL4FREEDOM is refreshingly clear: it’s not about charity in the traditional sense and you're not just donating; you're investing in a movement driven by passionate people focused on real involvement and putting freedom-first. Every euro goes into our mission, our projects, our community. Every hour is used working on that mission to improve the freedom to be yourself.
The Zero-Cost Method—Evolved
Our initial “no-money-in, no-money-out” method was incredibly powerful, but it was not scalable. To ensure continuity and accelerate our global impact, we introduced a carefully managed system through CROWDFUND4FREEDOM—supporting a sponsored core team that can commit full-time to the mission.
Not every supporter or company can offer direct physical services, but that doesn’t mean they can’t contribute. Through CROWDFUND4FREEDOM, anyone—a contractor, hairdresser, or tech startup—can help fund the core team’s continuity and the output of our 4FREEDOM Projects.
Events & Merchandise with Purpose
Proceeds from initiatives like DANCE4FREEDOM, MEDITATE4FREEDOM, and merchandise purchased via SHOP4FREEDOM go directly toward supporting our team and scaling our collective impact. Ticket prices for our gatherings remain optional or flexible—because financial access should never be a barrier to human action.
Our Workforce: Voluntary Staff & Vetted Core
- Voluntary Staff: Our WORK4FREEDOM team runs entirely on purpose. These volunteer heroes bring their own income through other jobs and devote their energy to our shared mission. Their motivation? Not money—just freedom.
- Modest Compensation by Design: We’ve seen how many NGOs start from pure passion, then drift into costly overhead and commercial priorities. Flashy HQs, inflated salaries, and a lost focus on the cause. We deliberately take a different path. To remove doubts and misinterpretations about our motives, we cap all core team compensation at a modest, average income level. Because their salaries are crowdfunded—not profit-driven—we continue honoring our zero-cost philosophy while operating with the strict professionalism required to grow. That’s why we choose freedom over funding, purpose over profit, and community over commission. We’re in it for freedom. Full stop. That’s our DNA. That’s our duty and our mission.
Unavoidable Costs: Minimised, Monitored, JustifiedEvery year, we set a strict cap on unavoidable costs—the tiny set of expenses we couldn’t get sponsored, despite all efforts. These include absolute essentials like our postbox, stamps, bank fees, and necessary IT subscriptions. Our founders personally oversee these costs to ensure they remain completely essential—not optional, and never excessive. - Smart Exceptions, With Purpose: Sometimes, the right opportunity requires a small push. Say we’re offered nationwide cinema exposure for a DANCE4FREEDOM video—but the deal can only be sealed with a €100 processing fee. In cases like that, we may activate a portion of our pre-reserved budget, but only when the impact clearly justifies the minimal input.
- No Waste—Only What’s Needed: If we don’t use our reserved budget, it simply rolls over to the following year. No disappearing funds. No gray areas. No guesswork. We track everything transparently, so you can see exactly how our spending reflects our priorities: freedom, purpose, and trust.
