Corona virus - less than 100 meters

| ART4FREEDOM meaning: |
My ART4FREEDOM is about Freedom, as I started painting this while I was at home, in a lockdown. The curfew laws prohibited leaving the house unless it was for a necessary reason, such as walking the dog, and for a max distance of 100M.
That made me think, about how sometimes in life circumstances tend to change, and about the situation in which the dogs, which are not threatened by the virus, are the ones who are truly free, and us, the owners who's taking them to a walk, actually need somebody to watch us so that we do not hurt or be hurt. And I took my thoughts a few steps further, until I arrived at a situation in which the dog is physically guarding his owner, to protect him from any harm. I wanted to express the weakness and the lack of freedom that we're in at the same time, in a funny way. I believe in life everything is a matter of perspective, and here I chose one on freedom. IAM4FREEDOM! |
